Eastbound 23rd Avenue South to be reduced to one lane for curb and sidewalk repairs starting Tuesday
Fargo, North Dakota – Drivers traveling along 23rd Avenue South should prepare for a temporary lane closure beginning Tuesday, October 13, as crews carry out curb and sidewalk repairs.
The work will affect eastbound traffic on 23rd Avenue South between Veterans Boulevard and 55th Street South. During the project, eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane.
Lane restriction expected to last up to one week
The temporary closure is necessary to give crews space to complete repairs to the curb and sidewalk along the affected section of roadway.
According to the announcement, the lane restriction is expected to remain in place for up to one week.
Motorists traveling through the area may encounter slower traffic while the work is underway, particularly when vehicles are moving through the remaining open lane.
Drivers should remain attentive when approaching the affected section of 23rd Avenue South and allow additional travel time if necessary.
The project is intended to address curb and sidewalk conditions along the roadway.
