North Dakota orders flags at half-staff following Texas mass shooting

Bismarck, North Dakota – In response to the tragic mass shooting in Texas that resulted in the loss of nine lives, including the suspected gunman, the North Dakota Office of the Governor has issued an order for all government flags to be flown at half-staff until sunset on Thursday.

The Governor urges businesses, homes, and other institutions to follow suit by lowering their flags to half-staff as a sign of respect and mourning for the victims of Saturday’s shooting incident.

This directive is in accordance with a federal proclamation signed by President Joe Biden.
