Fargo traffic resumes after crash at busy intersection caused temporary disruptions

Fargo, North Dakota – Traffic in Fargo has returned to normal following a crash that temporarily disrupted a busy intersection earlier in the day.

Authorities confirmed that as of 9:40 a.m., the intersection of 25th Street South and 13th Avenue South has fully reopened to regular traffic flow. The update comes after a period of disruption that required police presence and manual traffic control.

Crash caused delays and traffic control

Earlier, the Fargo Police Department responded to a crash at the intersection and urged drivers to avoid the area or proceed with caution. Officers were stationed at the scene and directed traffic by hand to help manage congestion and keep vehicles moving safely through the affected area.

Motorists were warned to expect delays for an extended period while crews worked to address the situation and ensure the roadway could be safely reopened.

While the exact details of the crash were not released, the response highlighted the need for careful driving and patience when approaching active scenes involving law enforcement.

With the intersection now reopened, traffic conditions are expected to return to normal. Drivers are still encouraged to remain alert and cautious when traveling through busy areas, especially following incidents that may have caused earlier disruptions.
