Fargo Public Library invites children to three free School Supply Bingo events ahead of new school year

Fargo, North Dakota – The Fargo Public Library is giving local children a chance to have some fun while collecting useful items for the upcoming school year through three School Supply Bingo events planned for August 17, 18 and 19.
Children from kindergarten through grade 6 are invited to participate. Each event will begin at 10 a.m., with a different Fargo Public Library location hosting the activity on each of the three days.
The first School Supply Bingo session is scheduled for Monday, August 17, at the Dr. James Carlson Library, located at 2801 32nd Ave. S.
The program will move to the Northport Library at 2714 Broadway N. on Tuesday, August 18. The final session will be held Wednesday, August 19, at the Main Library, located at 101 4th St. N.
Children can win supplies while playing bingo
During the events, participating children will play bingo with the opportunity to win school supplies that they can use during the approaching academic year.
Families do not have to register in advance. Like other Fargo Public Library events, School Supply Bingo is free and open to the public.
Parents and guardians should be aware of the library’s supervision requirements. Children ages 9 and younger must be accompanied by an adult while attending the events.
