Red River Valley SWAT Team announces evening training exercise in West Fargo

West Fargo, North Dakota – Residents of West Fargo should not be distressed if they notice the presence of SWAT vehicles or detect any loud disturbances this evening.

The Red River Valley SWAT Team has scheduled a training operation to occur at 6 p.m. in the vicinity of the 600 block of Morrison Street.

The planned operation is projected to continue until 9 p.m.

During this timeframe, individuals may witness SWAT Team operatives, along with other law enforcement officials, bearing firearms; however, it’s crucial to note that no live ammunition will be utilized throughout the duration of this training event.

Furthermore, there is no cause for concern regarding public safety or the well-being of the surrounding community.
