Eastbound lane of 13th Avenue to close temporarily for sewer maintenance
West Fargo, North Dakota – An imperative notice has been issued for the temporary suspension of vehicular movement on the eastbound lane of 13th Avenue. This closure, necessitated by imminent sewer repairs, is set to commence on Monday, July 24. It is expected that the repair works will be completed by Friday, July 28. However, this projection is contingent on prevailing weather conditions and might be subject to change.
Throughout the period of these essential maintenance works, a detour route will be established for eastbound traffic. Motorists will be directed to utilise 8th Street W and 7th Avenue W as the alternative route. It should be noted, however, that access to specific zones, such as the parking lot of the Essentia Health Baseball Complex, will be maintained unimpeded for the entirety of the project’s duration.
Motorists are strongly advised to anticipate possible delays, particularly during peak hours of commuting. As such, proactive alterations to usual travel plans might be necessitated by this temporary road closure and detour.
In the interest of safety and smooth traffic flow, the public is encouraged to strictly comply with all posted signage. Additionally, exercising caution while navigating near the working crews is highly recommended. As a guideline for safe and considerate driving in and around the construction areas, the ‘S’ check – comprising considerations of speed, space, and stress – is advised.
