Fargo police seek public assistance in locating missing 55-year old-man last seen in south Fargo

Fargo, North Dakota – The Fargo Police Department is asking for the public’s help as officers continue efforts to locate a missing 55-year-old man who was last seen in south Fargo.

Authorities identified the missing individual as Michael Conover. According to police, Conover was last seen at approximately midnight on Tuesday, May 26.

Investigators have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding his disappearance, but officials are encouraging residents to remain alert and report any information that could help locate him.

Public Asked To Assist Search Effort

Police described Conover as 55 years old, standing approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

As the search continues, the Fargo Police Department is urging anyone who may have seen Conover or who has information regarding his whereabouts to come forward.

Officials say even seemingly minor details could prove valuable to investigators working to determine his location.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701-451-7660. Authorities have also provided an option for individuals who wish to remain anonymous.

Anonymous tips can be submitted by texting the keyword FARGOPD followed by the information to 847411.
