Fargo police seek public help locating missing 16-year-old girl last seen in south Fargo
Fargo, North Dakota – The Fargo Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance as officers work to locate 16-year-old Mateya Rodriguez, who has been reported as a missing runaway.
According to police, Mateya was last seen at approximately 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, in south Fargo. Authorities are asking anyone who may have seen her or knows where she is to contact law enforcement.
Mateya is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
When she was last seen, Mateya was wearing a True Religion sweatshirt with blue shorts. She was also wearing green army Crocs and a gold chain.
Police are encouraging anyone with information about Mateya’s current location to contact the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701.451.7660.
People who want to provide information anonymously also have that option. Anonymous tips can be submitted by texting the keyword FARGOPD along with the tip to 847411.
Authorities continue to seek information from the public that could help locate Mateya and determine her whereabouts.
