New Japanese and Korean barbecue spot to open in Fargo

Fargo, North Dakota – A fresh dining establishment, SOHO 23, dedicated to the delicate flavors of Japanese cuisine and the sizzle of Korean barbecue, is set to grace the culinary scene of south Fargo.

Occupying the premises previously held by Yuki-Hana, SOHO 23 will enhance the gastronomic offerings of 25th St. Market, situated merely a block to the south of 13th Ave. S.

The proprietor, Ms. Jin Y. Myung, has a tentative agenda for a subdued inauguration of the venue later this month. However, she acknowledges that the task of assembling a capable team has proved to be more challenging than she initially anticipated.

Myung is actively seeking individuals to fill various roles within her establishment, including cooks, servers, bussers, and dishwashers.

In homage to one of New York City’s most iconic neighborhoods, the restaurant borrows its name from the trendy SoHo district in Manhattan.
